Educational illustrations for the Nobel Prize organisation. The course Scientific Thinking for All has been developed under the leadership of Saul Perlmutter, 2011 Nobel Prize laureate in Physics, along with colleagues in the social sciences and philosophy at the University of California, Berkeley.

This new course will equip students with the tools scientists use to make sense of the world around them. By learning to evaluate evidence and solve problems in the face of uncertainty, young people will be ready to navigate the complex challenges of the 21st century, and feel empowered to make better decisions.

The first unit “Evidence and Iteration in Science,” focusing on clean water access, was released in the second half of 2023.
